There are a few classes in Tree of Savior that are able to change their stances by wearing a mask. Plague Doctor is one of them. It involves in your allies’ or enemies’ abnormal status or use a skill that purifies polluted areas.  Plague Doctors are the cleric-type class that high expertise in curing abnormalities of the allies or incinerate that of the enemies.
The bird-like beak mask they wear has been treated with special chemicals that protect them against major abnormalities.

- A plague doctor was a special medical physician who treated those who had the plague. They were specifically hired by towns that had many plague victims in times of epidemics. In the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, some doctors wore a beak-like mask which was filled with aromatic items. The masks were designed to protect them from putrid air, which (according to the miasmatic theory of disease) was seen as the cause of infection.
