Grants additional true damage to all ally units in the vicinity, applying to attacks and skills.

Gives a blessing granting additional damage to the attacks of your party members and allies.
Background[]
To bless is to make something sacred through religious rite or word.[1] It's believed the word originated from greek and carries the meaning of 'fully satisfied' later turning into receiving divine favor regardless of circumstances. In fact, the old texts employ it as a strength to overcome trials. [2][3]
The way the skill is implemented in game takes it as divine aid to subdue evil which isn't as distant from the source, this is also visible on the skill icon as an elevated hand taking divine power for someone below to hold it.
Formula[]
Blessing has a complex formula that uses the character level and SPR to adjust the skill power, the full formula is:
Additional Damage = (180 + (Skill Level - 1) × ( (Character Level / 7) + 10 ) ) x ( (SPR / (SPR + Character Level) × 2) + 0.15 )
Tips and Strategies[]
- Additional damage provided by Blessing applies to all hits which damage is directly related to the character. Zombies, skeletons and other minions won't receive the benefit from this buff.
- Blessing can be purchased through
Pardoner's Spell Shop. The buff will be applied in a separate instance that allows both versions to be used together. If the shop owner has Priest in its build it won't have Spell Shop buffs affected by Blessing's level nor Blessing - Enhance attribute. - Due its specific nature, Blessing is weak for low hit count and slow skills and effective with multi hit and fast skills.
- To maximize Blessing damage, it is recommended to use Sacrament or Last Rites as they provide an additional attack line. This also applies to Pardoner's Spell Shop Sacrament. It's possible to extend it further with Enchant Fire scrolls crafted by Rune Caster.
- It is recommended to keyboard users to have Holy Powder assigned into a hotkey. This helps both to check how many times the skill can be used but also to keep track on when to buy more. There are add-ons that will overlap the item quantity on the skill icon as well.
